EJ & I made this blog so that we could write about the details for Christmas in one spot and not have to remember who wrote where and what did they write when.
We can write our wish lists on here, we can write events that you may want to do on here, when people are arriving etc. Its far away but its fun to talk about and think about even now!
Here's some information already for you to know!
- I looked up concerts at the Kennedy Center. If you're coming to D.C., that's the place to do it. They have Handel's Messiah playing through December 23rd. After that, there are some other Christmas shows. Its not time to buy tickets but they will be available September 12th.
- Also, there is a 4 miler on New Year's Eve if you'd like to do that as a family that goes on sale in October. We thought since many of YOU, not me YET are runners it could be a fun thing to do together.
- When Mom and I were together we had a tea party. We'd like to have an ALL GIRLS ONLY tea party. We thought it'd be fun to come with a hat or headband that is accessorized to your style:) You should decorate it yourself and then bring it when you come.
That's all from us now!!
EJ and Renee
How do I post on this blog, other than as a comment to what you've already written. I was going to move the names of who has who over to this blog so they are in the correct spot. Let me know if I'm forgetting something or what I need to do.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Lynne
I also would like to know how to post on this blog. Maybe we could bring hat-making materials and make the hats together rather than making them separately and bringing them. Also, how much to Handel tickets cost, and how much will it cost to do the run?
ReplyDeleteThe last day of finals here is December 21st, so I'll probably try to get to DC on the 22nd. It looks like my classes don't start up again until January 22nd, but some clinicals start on the 2nd, so depending on what clinical rotation I get, I'll head back either the 1st or sometime later.
